I have lived in Arizona for over 20 years and have been doing large scale real estate development projects since 1999. Over the last few years, I have built a strong network of policy makers & professionals involved in real estate development. I am extremely dedicated to what I do and possess an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of land development. I have been involved in many different types of development projects. My specialty and passion lies in large scale, ranch style projects.

Some of my recent projects include:

Rhodes Homes Arizona (2004-Present) Golden Valley and surrounding areas, Arizona

Acquired approximately 18,000 acres of land in Golden Valley and surrounding areas in conjunction with Rhodes Homes Land Acquisitions division. There are currently 5 master planned communities being developed on this land and my company is the broker on record for all planned communities.

 

GreenWood Village (2004-Present) Kingman, Arizona

Ranch Homes NOW Starting at $379,900 (Phase Two)

Phase One marketed and sold 180 5-acre ranch properties in less than 24 months. This project had been unsuccessfully represented by SIX other firms for over TEN YEARS. We have successfully completed the first phase and currently we are moving forward with the second phase consisting of 295 5-acre ranches.

Eagle Springs (2003-2004) Wikieup, Arizona

Developed approximately 8,000 acres of land, created a product mix of ranches ranging from 40 acres to 160 acres and achieved sellout in less than 18 months.

 

Hidden Springs Ranch (2003) approx 25 miles East of Kingman, Arizona

Marketed a 2100 acres ranch project within Hidden Springs Ranch and achieved sellout within 4 months of project commencement. This project had been unsuccessfully marketed by two of the largest ranch brokerages in the northwest.

 

Mountain Vista Ranches (2001) 18 miles East of Kingman, Arizona

Created successful marketing campaigns amidst the difficulties and market sentiment post 9/11 and achieved sellout in less than 18 months.

 

Stagecoach Trails (2000-2004) Yucca, Arizona

Served as Project Manager and designated broker. This was the largest and fastest selling 40 acre ranch project in the country with over 3,000 40-acre ranches sold.
